Those are reallly cute! Tips on not falling – I am not sure! Just practice alot and try not to think about the fact you are walking in them that tall. Just trick your mind into thinking u are wearing sneakers!

Not a big fan of playboy items but the shoes look great! try wearing them with a short dress and you will look stunning!
