I think light grey suede heels are more subtle. And easy to mix-match.

Depends on what you are wearing them with. I love pink shoes. Pink patent, however, does not appeal greatly. If I could only get one pair and wanted to use them for several outfits I would probably get the grey suede. References :
You can match grey with more things, and grey suede is a classier look that is a little more subtle. Light pink is cuter and will pop more, but grey and pink look great together! References :
