High Heel Discount

What do you think of this outfit for my 8th grade graduation?
Dress:

I have naturally curly hair so I was thinking on straightening it, like, sleek straight.
My dress fits BIG around my waist so I was thinking on adding a cute studded belt similar to this:

They say my eyes are identical to Kim Kardasians so I was thinking instead of her smoky eye signature just eyeliner, mascara, blush, little bit of eye shadow, if not any, and lip gloss.
As for accessories, I don’t know. I was thinking about this really cute big black flower ring I got at the mall. I think that should be enough because the dress is really busy with the belt and stuff.
What do you guys think? Any changes? Any idea? What do you like about it? What do you hate about it?

I love it! I wear dresses/skirts like that about once a week, and the high-heels are perfect since its a special occasion. I think the belt would work well to add more shape to your body. Straightening your hair would be cute, but you could also leave it curly and straighten your bangs (if you have any). i like the dress but you should try it on and look at it in the mirror because the top part is white and you need to make sure it’s not see through. i don’t really like the idea of the studded belt though but i love the shoes. other than that, it looks really cute.

i like the shape of the heel like how there really bulky platform and i want to find more. thanks!!
